Children born in 2035 will be the first generation with a realistic path to living 300 years or longer — not because medicine will solve aging all at once, but because they may grow up inside a century of AI-accelerated medical progress: continuous biological monitoring, early disease detection, gene correction, organ repair and replacement, cellular rejuvenation, and prevention systems that keep improving long before the human body fully breaks.

Adults who are 70 or younger and still in good health in 2035 will have a real possibility of living to 200 years or more, because gene editing, cellular repair, organ regeneration, mitochondrial repair, and AI-guided longevity medicine will begin turning aging from a one-way decline into a managed biological condition.

Near-instant diagnosis of most common diseases will become available by 2030 at a reasonable cost, because AI medical systems will read bloodwork, scans, genetics, symptoms, history, wearable data, sleep patterns, heart rhythm, and inflammatory markers faster than today's doctors, hospitals, and insurance-controlled medical system can respond.
